Titan Pallet operates a satellite facility located just
across the Mississippi from our Memphis, Tennessee production plant in West
Memphis, Arkansas. This additional facility was set up and designed specifically
to service the thousands of tractor-trailer operators and carriers that pass
through one of the busiest commerce vehicle interstate intersections in the
United States. Interstate 40 and Interstate 55 intersect in West Memphis and
there are scores of truck stops and travel centers located in this general
vicinity.

Our facility is visible from the interstate and is located
one half block off the interstate and directly across the street from a major
travel center. We assist drivers and national carriers with their pallet
logistics while in this region of the country by buying and selling pallets. We
also set up accounts for the national and regional carriers for their drivers to
"bank" pallets with us. When they need pallets they are able to make a
withdrawal and deposit pallets when they need to free up trailer space for their
next pick-up.
